PHILIPPE HIQUILY
C’est Philippe Hiquily qui suggère à Jean-Marc Lelouch d’éditer du mobilier en collaboration avec des artistes, et qui lui a confié les premiers modèles des éditions JM Lelouch. La galerie propose ainsi des pièces de mobilier (tables, plafonniers, lampes, cendriers…) en exclusivité. Philippe Hiquily himself suggested that Jean-Marc Lelouch should start a collaboration with different artists in order to produce limited editions of their work. Jean-Marc Lelouch produced several runs of Philippe Hiquily’s furniture (tables, ceiling lights, ash trays, table lamps…) as exclusive signed limited editions. Some pieces are still shown at the gallery. It also exhibits sculptures from the artist's emblematic period (late 1960s, early 1970s).
